Stamp is an open-source document authoring tool. Your right to copy, modify, and distribute its source code is governed by the license included in the GitHub repository.

You retain ownership of the source files, themes, assets, and outputs you use with Stamp. You are responsible for having the rights needed to process and share that content and for choosing who can access its local and Google Drive copies.

Drive synchronization depends on Google services, credentials, permissions, quotas, and policies outside Stamp’s control. Stamp is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. You are responsible for reviewing changes before Pull or Push and maintaining appropriate backups.

Do not use Stamp to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass access controls, distribute malicious material, or interfere with Google Drive, GitHub, Cloudflare, or other services.

Stamp is provided as a personal open-source project on a best-effort basis. Features may change, break, or be discontinued. There is no service-level commitment, hosted document storage, or guarantee of continued compatibility with third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamp and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stamp’s contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of Stamp or a third-party service.

These terms may change as Stamp evolves. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions can be submitted through Stamp support.
